Josh Borfitz, who has served as Carolina Athletics’ Associate Athletic Director/Controller since 2017, has been promoted to Senior Associate Athletic Director/Chief Financial Officer. He will transition into his new role over the next month as current Senior Associate AD/CFO Martina Ballen, who has worked in the UNC Athletics Business Office for the last 38 years, retires at the end of January.
