(SRN NEWS)-The administration is handing out two billion dollars to World Vision, Samaritan’s Purse, Compassion International and other ministries that provide help around the globe when disaster strikes. Franklin Graham, who heads Samaritan’s Purse says the government cash will still make up a small portion of the ministry’s annual expenses, but it is very welcome and will go into things like field hospitals in Africa’s Ebola zone and air lifts to earthquake-stricken Colombia.
