(SRN NEWS) – The largest pornography website on the internet WILL have to go to court on charges it is profiting from the sexual exploitation of children.
A federal judge has rejected Pornhub’s request that he dismiss the case.
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation says “This significant ruling is a victory for victims as it ensures Pornhub cannot use Section 230 of the Communications Act as a legal shield and must face accountability for profiting from child sexual abuse.”
