(Miami, FL) — Crews are working to restore power to over a half-million customers after the first hurricane of the Atlantic season slammed the Southeastern U.S. At least four deaths are blamed on Hurricane Isaias [[ ee-sy-EE-us ]] which hit the Florida Panhandle Friday night causing heavy damage. Millions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic are bracing for severe weather today with major cities like Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City likely to to see moderate to heavy rainfall throughout much of the day.
